Sihanoukville Transformation
Recently announced was the vision for Ream City Sihanoukville in Cambodia's Sihanoukville province, which aims to transform the region into an exciting destination. With a shoreline that extends beyond 6 kilometres, this massive development would contain a sustainable ecosystem of tourism, commercial, and residential activity capable of housing up to 130,000 people. The 834-hectare project is being developed by Canopy Sands Development, a subsidiary of Cambodian conglomerate Prince Holding Group. It will include family attractions, condominiums, landed and beachfront homes, and affordable housing estates, as well as shopping malls, business hubs, beach resorts, hotels, condotels, and a yacht and marina club.
